Project Mission

To empower the children of Larache by unlocking the ocean for every kid. Built on shared responsibility in partnership with Association Surf Larache and protected from commercial gain, our mission is to keep surfing accessible to every child who dreams of riding the waves.

How It Works

Unlocking the Ocean for Every Kid

Transport

Surfboard Library supports transportation for children from a local group home to the beach for their monthly surf lesson with Association Surf Larache.

Surf

Using adaptive equipment and safety devices provided by Surfboard Library, children from the group home are able to get in the water and ride the waves of Larache.

Celebrate

With the support of Surfboard Library, every monthly surf day will be a celebration for the children and the community.

The adaptive surfing equipment of Surfboard Library belongs to the children of Larache. It is never to be sold or rented for profit, by anyone, ever.

Where It Started

Following the Asilah Surfboard Library

The first Surfboard Library opened just up the coast in Asilah on September 13, 2026, with 18 donated foam surfboards and certified surf instructors teaching the kids. Larache is the next stop.
